Since 2006, the Duvel Moortgat brewers have been working with great passion and craftsmanship on a product that combines the best of the Belgian brewing and distillation worlds: Duvel Distilled. Part of the basic brew for regular Duvel beer was set aside, distilled and then aged for ten years in oak bourbon and sherry barrels.

Introducing our new cocktail-inspired beer, Tequila Sunrise. We took our Helldorado blonde barleywine and matured it in Extra Añejo tequila barrels to capture an authentic Tequila Sunrise sipping experience.

"Come and plant a tree with Chouffe" It was an enticing and original invitation. The initiative was organized by the Achouffe brewery, which has long been committed to sustainable and environmental actions. "The Achouffe Brewery is already engaged in a greener approach on a day-to-day basis. Duvel Barrel Aged is a limited edition premium drink that brings the best of beer and bourbon together. The Barrel Aged experiment started in 2017 and was highly successful from the very beginning. Not only Belgian people loved it, Barrel Aged also made a name for itself internationally.

Following the success of our famous blond beer La Chouffe, launched in 50cl can format in 2018, it is now the turn of Cherry Chouffe to make its mark in the French market for specialty beer in cans! This market is growing strongly, with an increase of +6.9%, and it surpassed the one million hectoliter mark in 2018.

Duvel and Chouffe have rolled out a prestigious display for OFF-Trade stores, with high visibility and purchasing power. The display will bring some pizzazz to the aisles, and develop turnover in the stores! There will be excellent visibility for the Duvel and Chouffe brands, and the main objective is to enhance the two brand identities, each with their own unique features.

Micheline and Matthew have decided to offer French consumers the chance to enjoy a 75cl bottle of their respective brews: Cherry Chouffe and Houblon Chouffe! With the market for beers in 75cl bottles growing by +23% in France, Cherry Chouffe saw its sales multiply by a factor of 7 and Houblon Chouffe by a factor of 2 in 2018!

How to make Duvel known on Instagram with a high-quality and alternative approach? By partnering up with influencers! The influencers in question are @carol_ananas and @paulettedittout and they became friends a few years ago over a Duvel in Lille. The two are bona fide brand ambassadors and fans!

Kashrut - which means 'fit' in Hebrew - is the set of Jewish dietary laws which determines whether Jewish people may eat certain food. Any food that complies with these dietary laws is considered clean or fit for consumption. In English this food is traditionally called "Kosher".

Nina Vandeweghe creates fascinating visual worlds populated by a mishmash of bizarre funny and sometimes downright grotesque figures, in the midst of seemingly carelessly abandoned paper shreds, splashes of paint and bold lines. The colorful characters have long limbs and giant hands with which they make their way through everyday life, gesticulating and grimacing.

The municipality of Puurs-Sint-Amands and Duvel Moortgat Brewery are both planning to plant a forest covering about 5 hectares in the borough of Breendonk. By working together, we will create one zone covering 5 hectares. This new forest should form a green buffer between the A12 and local homes: the trees will reduce noise pollution and dust particulates.

Since 2005, the labels of the one and a half litre bottles have been designed each year by another famous Belgian illustrator. This year, the Achouffe Brewery asked Bram De Baere to draw the label for 2020.

Brewery Duvel Moortgat is launching an unexpected first: its own crime novel De Erfenis (The Inheritance), which is being written by a pre-eminent specialist: multiple award-winning thriller writer Toni Coppers.

To mark the annual Bolleke festival in mid-August, Antwerp mayor Bart De Wever presented the De Koninck Brewery with a certificate under which the "Bolleke" name is now officially recognized. So from now on, you should no longer order “A De Koninck” or "N Keuninckske" (as the locals call it); instead, "a Bolleke" will do.

For the very first time, we took part in the Meininger’s International Craft Beer Awards, an international and highly-regarded competition held in Germany's Neustadt an der Weinstraße. Every beer is blind-tasted by a panel of 7 judges.

When you read “Brut IPA?”, it probably makes you think of the champagne variant right away. That's not so crazy, as this type of IPA is just as fresh, fruity and totally dry. The style is completely new and we've never brewed anything like it before. For our very first Brut IPA, we invited Roel from Brouwerij ’t Uiltje, an old acquaintance.
